Client Services Director
Allison (Ali) is a Client Services Manager who works with our clients and our team to help clients find solutions, strategize, and achieve their goals. Her skills in seeing the big picture, communicating clearly, and managing the details allow her to guide teams and deliver results.
Ali’s diverse customer-centric professional career background began in Los Angeles, working for fast-paced late night talk shows. Working with various members of the production team, as well as guests, she quickly learned the importance of balancing multiple needs and priorities while making sure everyone feels heard and valued. Her background spans from her start in television to marketing, writing, public speaking, event planning, communications, and project management.
She has a demonstrated leadership and volunteer history. A passionate advocate for education, Ali is president of the North Hills School District Board of Education and is currently serving her third term as an elected school director and seventh year as president. She advocates for public education on a state and federal level, and is the chair of the district’s Education Committee. She serves on the board of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association as immediate past president, serving as president in 2025. She was recently selected as one of 12 Pennsylvania school leaders, educators, and policymakers who will travel to Germany as part of an International Education Study Group.
Ali believes in practicing kindness because you never know what someone might be going through on any given day.
