Client Services Manager

Allison (Ali) is a Client Services Manager who works with our clients and our team to help clients find solutions, strategize and achieve their goals. She is a typical type-A personality with a flair for systems, multi-tasking, and taking notes by hand. Ali is a people-person who loves working with her teammates at Shift to turn dreams into deliverables. 

Ali’s diverse customer-centric career background began in Los Angeles, working for fast-paced late night talk shows. Working with various members of the production team, as well as guests, she quickly learned the importance of balancing multiple needs and priorities while making sure everyone feels heard and valued. 

Her professional background spans from her start in television to marketing, writing, event planning, communications and project management. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University she has a demonstrated leadership and volunteer history, and currently serves on the school board in her district. 

Ali believes in practicing kindness because you never know what someone might be going through on any given day. Her cat, Midge, is known to make occasional guest appearances in her home office.
