Client Services Manager

Larissa brings eight years of content marketing, social media management, and client management experience to Shift Collaborative. As one of the company’s Client Services Managers, she works directly with Shift’s clients and internal creative team alike. Whether working on a stand-alone digital project or a long-term online initiative, it’s her job to ensure the
final results of these collaborations are engaging, strategic, and effective.

She believes that any online marketing or communication efforts must be strategic and intentional. Whether building a website, creating social media content, or overseeing an ad campaign, no client and no audience will ever be exactly the same. Because of that, Larissa does not believe in “one size fits all” solutions.

Her college education focused on journalism and communication, and she recently attended Academy Pittsburgh’s web development bootcamp. In addition to these “official” educational milestones, she’s received multiple Hootsuite and HubSpot digital marketing certifications. Through these courses and their powers combined, Larissa has learned the essentials of good storytelling, the value of analytical decision-making, and the importance of connecting with your audience rather than an audience.

Interests

  • Volunteering – primarily with the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum and Allegheny CleanWays
  • Indoor rock climbing – specifically at the Ascend gym in South Side
  • Kayaking, hiking, and being outdoors in general
  • Exploring her hometown of Pittsburgh with her friends (and the help of the Yelp Pittsburgh community!)
