Pittsburgh Magazine’s quarterly Women & Business Awards celebrates…well, you guessed it, exceptional female leaders from across the region. On July 8, 2026, the event was held at The Distillery Complex, a space with sweeping views of the city and river. Four honorees were recognized: Khamil Bailey, Justine Russo, Gabrielle Morella, and Shift’s very own Sarah Mayer.

An Award that Gives Back 

Beyond celebrating achievements and fostering networking, the program makes a tangible impact by supporting meaningful causes across the area. Pittsburgh Magazine partnered with Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, which received 50% of the proceeds from the ticketed event.
